About the Journal
Focus and Scope
The primary purpose of the Journal of Risk Education is to publish scholarly research articles in the field of risk management and insurance teaching and education.
Peer Review Process
The editor will review all manuscripts for content and suitability to the journal. Authors whose manuscripts do not pass the initial screening will be notified immediately so they can submit elsewhere. All manuscripts must be original submissions that have not been published elsewhere and are not under consideration at any other print or online journal or magazine.
Each manuscript undergoes a double blind review. The first stage of review will be conducted by an associate editor, who will then submit the article to two reviewers.
A manuscript will be fully accepted only after all the revisions required by the editor and the reviewers have been made.
Publication Frequency
The Journal of Risk Education will be published annually, in or around the month of June.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
